  • The east side of the Santa Ynez Valley is where we found these grapes to make this crisp wine. 100 % Stainless steel fermented. Clear and brilliant soft golden color shows a bit of depth and on the nose is laced with apricots, peaches and citrus. Upon sipping the wine is just as you would expect of a fine Sauvignon Blanc with crispness and citrus holding court as pineapple and dried apricots wander in. The best seafood, Chinese and sushi wine pairings will happen with this delightful wine.

  • The 2006 Saracina Sauvignon Blanc is a penetrating, sharply focused wine that shows the complexity of old vines and old clones. The palate is crisp and mouth-watering but with an intense mouth-feel and long finish that are products of the extended lees aging and batonnage. The aromas of lime, pink grapefruit, white peaches and jasmine recall a Loire-style sauvignon blanc. This vintage is our most uncompromising, mineral-laden sauvignon blanc to date.
